\nHere are the details of how to use Solo Sauna tune.

    <\/a>Please make a reservation for the date and time of your choice on our reservation page.\n
    \nYou will not have to wait on the day of your visit.
    \n*Reservations cannot be made by phone call.\n\n<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n

    On the day of your visit, please enter “UNPLAN KAGURAZAKA,” located a 3-minute walk from Kagurazaka Station.
    \nSolo Sauna tune is at the far left of the caf\u00e9 space on the first floor.
    \nIf this is your first visit, please come to the front desk.
    \n*Returning guests may proceed directly to the sauna room.
    \n*If you need to use the restroom, please do so before entering your room.\n<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n

    For first-time guests, we will explain how to enter and use the facility.
    \n*Any amenities and drinks purchased in advance will be ready in your room.\n<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n

    Please change your clothes in the room.\n
    \nBath towels and face towels are provided in the room.\n<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n

    Take a shower and wipe off your body before entering the sauna.\n
    \nThis is to prepare you to sweat comfortably.\n<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n

    Compared to the high-temperature dry saunas common in Japan, the temperature in our sauna is lower and the humidity is higher.\n
    \nOur sauna warms you slowly from deep inside.\n
    \nOn the 2 m long bench, you can stretch out your legs or lie down to relax.\n\n<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n

    In the sauna room, you can freely enjoy “L\u00f6yly”.\n
    \n“L\u00f6yly” is the act of pouring water on the sauna stones in the sauna stove to generate steam.
    \nPlease adjust the humidity to a comfortable level.\n\n<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n

    All rooms are equipped with large overhead showers with a 40 cm shower head.A chiller (cooler) maintains the water temperature at about 16\u00b0C all year round.\n
    \nShowerheads with adjustable water temperatures allow you to enjoy your shower at mist and jet settings.\n<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n

    After cooling down in the cold shower, wipe your body well and enjoy a moment of rest in the room.

    Each sauna room is equipped with an emergency button.

    When your time is up, you may leave your amenities, towels, and other items as they are and simply exit.
